Fairly clean hotel with breathtaking views, we think it's an incredible base for staying in Chicago.

Loved my 3 nights stay. Breakfast with much nicer food.

They provide many type of service - nice bar, good wi-fi, shuttle to many attractions.

Every staff member was pleasant and welcoming. The room was cleaned and available with a great view. State metro station was 5 min away.

The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it. The location was magnificent, not too far from Cadillac Palace.

Everything is perfect here, had a very good stay for the room location.

This hotel is divine, has polite staff and a satisfactory breakfast.

A nice budget hotel with amazing location, plus the staff was always available. Appreciated having WiFi, complementary tea and hairdryer in the soundproof room. Eggs, coffee, meats, fresh bread and cereal for breakfast were appetising, and overall it was amazing! The pool was good and I had excellent drinks in the Irish bar.

I had an awesome stay here, great value for money. The gardens were spacious here. I liked to spend time in the traditional main bar.

The staff was proactive and a very tasty breakfast was provided. The room was warm and budget with a brilliant view. Covered pool too. Ideally located hotel.

The hotel was scenic, and I loved USEFUL staff and decent room. The meal served at the authentic restaurant was fine. Generally everything was fab, even so the bathroom was very small. Unbeatable location, not very far from the art institute chicago.

food was delicious and i have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. impeccable location, welcoming staff, really perfect bed. magnificent view of skyline. i enjoyed lobby restaurant. the team there provided polite service.

Best possible location, absolutely superb views. The bed was extra comfy and it was great having fridge and sound-proofed windows. Loved food selection, meals were outstanding and they have lots of options. Staff was super CONDESCENDING and the service was helpful.

Beautiful location in the downtown area, very neat rooms, and competent staff. The room is good size & nicely furnished.

Very courteous staff, inviting room & neat hotel. Air conditioning, flat-screen television and coffee in the room, incredible location. The property was near the good beach. Efficient check-in & fantastic service. We greatly enjoyed our great stay.

All aspects of the hotel were impressive, especially location and staff. My room was very neat. Only 20 minutes walk from Chicago center. I liked this absolutely fabulous property, it did not disappoint.

There is a welcoming lobby to relax in. All in all it's clean place, they have soft beds. Loved very informative staff...

Beautiful staff, modern restaurant & marvellous service. I got free upgrade and liked it. 20 Km away from Midway International airport. It was a perfectly pleasant stay, you could leave a car nearby.

we didn't feel like leaving and would happily return.

Moreover, there was free Wi Fi available.
